“Do I need ongoing support?”

Not necessarily. A lot of clients start with one session just to get clarity and see how it feels. If ongoing support makes sense for you, we'll talk about that but there's no expectation or pressure to commit upfront."
“Will this fit into my schedule?”

Sessions are 60 minutes and held online, so there's no travel time. Most clients find a time that works around work and family commitments, reach out and we'll find something that fits.
“What can I expect from sessions?”

Sessions are grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy, but they don't feel like sitting on a couch answering questions. They're structured, direct, and practical, we move at your pace, and you'll leave each one with something concrete to take with you.
